My suv has side air bags so because of that she’s in the middle

Rear facing, passenger side back seat. She'd be in the middle of her seat fit next to my toddlers (who's is front facing, driver side back seat) if it fit side by side.
If you can do middle safely, that's the best spot for them. If not, it really doesn't matter if they're on the driver's or passenger side. Unless you have air bags in the back.

Baby behind driver seat, 8 year in the middle, 4 year behind passenger seat. I dont drive so it's easier for me in the passenger seat to look at the babys mirror behind the driver seat xx

I have a mini van, baby is behind passenger seat and my two girls are forward facing in the 3rd row. I left behind my seat open so I can jump into that seat and get to all 3 easy.
