Hi. After 8+ miscarriages, failed first ivf due to 9 unfit embryos, I finally had my first fresh embryo transfer Tuesday. I felt a lot of cramping two days ago and now nothing... I’m so worried. When can I take an at home pregnancy test?

If you triggered for the retrieval you may need to hold out a little while if you haven’t tested the trigger out. I’d say by 9dp5dt to be safe.
