When to test - ovulation differs to apps?

I know this sounds such a daft question!

I have been using ovulation a strips along with glow and many other tracking apps
 
The ovulation sticks tested positive 4 days after the apps predicted I would ovulate

So I gather my period would be due later would it be 4 days later? I was due yesterday with the apps but I'm thinking that's probably not accurate?

Any advice approciated xx

I seem to ovulate later than predicted, but still get my period when the apps suggest. I would say keep tracking it monthly to see if it's a normal thing for you, and work off your own body and the tests rather than the app's guess work:) best of luck!

Make sure you put in your log the day you get the positive opk. My app auto updated itself when I I putted that my testing was positive and helped it more accurately predict my fertile window this time
