Sleep training at 5-6 month
Has anyone successfully sleep trained their baby and it worked ? My baby is 5 months old and wakes up every hour to nurse and it’s exhausting. I think he doesn’t know how to connect his sleep cycles . Also he used to nap in his crib and now i can’t even put him down anymore. Anyone else gone through something similar ?
