Bleeding scare

According to my cycle I am 6w5d and I have been experiencing some bleeding. Reddish and some brown usually when I wipe but it seems like so much. I have no cramps or discomfort like I did with my first miscarriage in April. I will be calling the doctor tomorrow and going in as soon as they can get me in, however, I'm stupid anxious. I'm nearly sick to my stomach when I think about a potential second miscarriage this year.
