Does anyone have any advice on using a cup for the first time e.g how to use/insert and how to make sure you can’t get an infection

This one is a softer material and super easy to use, I’ve been using one for a year and a half now and they’re a game changer. Find a folding method that works for you, know where your cervix is so you can put the cup over your cervix. Make sure it’s suctioned on and far enough in, you shouldn’t be able to tug on it or feel it if it’s in properly. Rinse with cold water before re inserting, boil or pour boiling water over it after your period ends
