I’m 34wks today I went in yesterday for cramping and intense Braxton Hicks which turned into small contractions they gave me meds to stop them a steriod shot for her lung and antibiotics for possible bacteria in my urine and sent me home I went back 2am this morning with painful contractions that were coming every 3-6 mins they sent me home because I hadn’t start dilating. My question is how do I know if I’m dilating and need to go back to the hospital because obviously contractions aren’t the ideal sign because Im going through that right now
