Toddler in daycare with newborn at home?

Is anyone else concerned about having a kid in daycare with an infant in the house? I was just about to enroll my toddler but now feel like that might be too much exposure and a Covid risk for the newborn.

I’ve been wanting to put my daughter in preschool because she requires so much attention and I hate having her watch tv for hours. But I get scared with covid too. I just don’t know how I’ll be able to deal with a 3 yr old who is used to being an only child and getting my full attention all day and a newborn. My 3 yr old asks to go to school all the time too. We’re doing a zoom tour soon if we can afford and feel like they’re taking precautions we may enroll her.

Mmh, a little, but I pulled my daughter out because Iv been home so much. I think I’ll miss the extra help over the chance of colds and such....lol

Our sons preschool has been very careful with Covid and regulations so I’m not concerned.  We will enforce more hand washing and sanitizing at home especially if big brother wants to hold or be near his little brother which we already do a lot of but it will just be enforced even more.

Statistics are showing kids are spreaders. With my 2nd we kept the 1st in daycare. A new baby is a big enough change, we didn't want to add to it

I’m a bit concerned too, but also don’t want to drastically change my sons schedule - he loves school. Our daycare has been super careful. We will probably keep him in and make sure he changed clothes and washes hands when he gets home unless cases spike again or something.

I have two toddlers that will be in daycare. I literally washed there hands and face and change there clothes once we get home later in the evening they get a nice hot bath.
