What is the biggest political issue that keeps you from ever voting for the opposite party?

Without talking about political leaders that come and go, what are the biggest policies that you have issues with that would prevent you from ever changing your vote.
If you sit somewhere in the middle or have an issue within the party you vote for that irritates you, feel free to call out whatever you think of first.

I’m fiscally conservative, and that usually means spending money to save money in the long term. Switzerland is an example. 
I’m also socially progressive. Climate change, reproductive rights, access to healthcare, etc. I believe in human rights above profit, and I don’t think people should produce anything to have access to housing/food/medicine.

On a federal level: 
I'm pro business regulation
I'm pro social safety net
I'm pro public schooling
I'm pro public infrastructure
I'm pro public (universal) healthcare
I'm pro drug decriminalization
I'm pro choice
I'm pro justice reform
I'm pro immigration reform
I'm pro addressing climate change
I'm pro wealth redistribution
I'm pro well-funded, well-placed military
I'm pro strong international presence  (NATO, UN, WHO, G7, etc) 
I'm pro free trade
Probably more, but those jumped to the top of my head. 
So, whichever party aligns best with those stances is who I would vote for.  I can't say that there is any one issue that would cause me to change parties.
Also, local politics isn't entirely the same issues.

I will answer my own question too. I am in the US, for the record.
I am not in favor of added socialized policies, as I don’t feel most things run by the government are better for the people.
I am pro life and will not vote for anyone who wants tax funded abortion to be available in this country or in others. I get physically ill at the idea that when I write my quarterly tax check I could be paying for that if the wrong people are voted in... especially when life preserving medical care is not covered. I also won’t vote for a candidate that says ‘at any time for any reason for all 9 months’. 
I favor smaller government and limited government structure so I wouldn’t vote for more complexity 
I favor school choice and think those against it are just trying to further manipulate the public
I believe in less regulation and tax on small businesses to allow them growth and because they create jobs.
I believe on removing some tax loopholes from large corporations that pay less in taxes then their own employees.

Climate change and abortion. I cannot vote for a party that doesn’t believe in climate change. I cannot vote for a party that isn’t pro choice

I believe the Democrats are too excited to tax our citizens. The republicans are too religious (Christianity primarily) based. I never fall under either category because of those traits.
