I’m so confused

I’m 5 days late and idk what going on. I got the nexaplanon removed in November and my period was showing up like it was predicted. I did have sex on the days it says I was ovulating. I never went without one before. Although I didn’t get it yet I also took pregnancy test and they were negative. I also been having backaches
