Does your toddler eat raw veggies ? If so how do you prepare them?

Literally all my daughter will eat is raw veggies and fruits. I can’t even get her to eat Mac n cheese 😂 I just cut them into bite size pieces for her.

The only raw veggie she eats is cucumbers everything else is cooked. Her favs are zucchini, bell pepper, onions, carrots and asparagus!

Not many but peppers, cucumber and carrots. 
For peppers and carrots I cut them into thin long strips he can grab. Carrots especially very thin. Cucumbers we peel them cut them into coin shaped pieces and cut those in half so the pieces are half circles and thin!
We did green beans cooked for a while but now he won’t eat them. He likes kalamata olives which we give him cut into halves or quarters

Je likes cherry tomatoes and cucumbers raw. I used to cut the cherry tomatoes in half but he prefers them whole, so I keep an eye on him since I think they could potentially be a choking hazard that way. So far no problem, though. The cucumber I cut in slices or sticks. He isn’t a huge fan of the skin. But other than that he eats them just like that, no dip or anything. But it does vary. He can love a veggie one day and hate it the next and eventually go back. I pretty much just offer them consistently regardless of the phase he is in.

I’m lucky if I get her to eat any vegetables besides green beans and corn 😂
