Is this lice??? 😩😭

Please help me figure out what this lil thing is, i saw it coming down my hair. I have never had lice before and i have no itchy scalp whatsoever, super healthy hair and i shampoo every two days. Now i popped it and it did the sound (as seen on TikTok videos). 
I am so scared 😟

Yes ma'am. What you have is head lice.
Treatment of head lice traditionally calls for the use of a lice shampoo  containing permethrin or pyrethrins as a first salvo against head lice. 
Treatments made with these substances generally work well. Most lice treatments need to be used twice, seven to 10 days apart, along with combing wet hair with a fine-toothed comb to remove nits.
OTC medications include the following:
1. Permethrin (Nix). Permethrin is a synthetic version of pyrethrin. Permethrin does not kill nits, and treatment needs to be repeated nine to 10 days after first application. Side effects may include redness and itching of the scalp.
2. Pyrethrin with additives (Rid). In this OTC medication, pyrethrin is combined with another chemical that enhances its effectiveness. This product only kills lice, not nits, and needs to be reapplied nine to 10 days after first treatment. Side effects may include itching and redness of the scalp. Pyrethrin shouldn't be used if your child is allergic to chrysanthemum or ragweed.
3. Rinsing the hair with white vinegar before washing may help dissolve the glue that holds the nits to the hair shafts.

Just a suggestion, get a prescription for lice treatment from a doctor. It works fast and on the first wash. Over the counter treatments tend to need a few treatments. Takes a long time to get rid of them.

That’s 10000% lice. Go to your local store and buy a lice treatment. Wash all your bedding, combs and brushes, hair ties with hot water and dry. Put a few drops of tea tree oil in your shampoo for the future.

Yup. Anyone can get lice no matter how clean your hair is. As nasty as it sounds, I don’t know a single person who hasn’t had lice at least once in their lives. Get yourself some lice shampoo, run your hair through with a pick (I’d do this every time you wash your hair for the next few weeks, even when you think the lice are gone), and wash all your bedding and vacuum.

That definitely looks like lice! I literally got it 3 times last year because of where my sister was living and I promise you it’s not that bad! Just super annoying lol. My head never itched either but I got rid of them each time with coconut and tea tree oils. I also washed everything and slept with no pillows for forever 😂 you’ll get through this!!! 
Also I made a spray with tea tree and water to repel them from my mattress, car seats, couch, etc...
