QUESTION LADIES ‼️‼️

So I’ve been having sore breast lately and it’s more intense when I’m sleeping. A couple nights ago I woke up because I was having some cramps (didn’t last long)... I know this might be TMI but I been having some creamy milky white discharge.... like what’s tea? 🫖🤔 what is happening... my last cycle was Jan 5.
