IUD Insertion Tips
Hey guys!
I’m getting an iud (mirena) tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for pre or post insertion? I have a heating pad ready and some 🌿 ready to smoke if needed. I feel like I’m preparing for the worst, so I think I’ll be alright. But I want some tips!
