My fiancée and I are planning on getting prsgnant, and we were wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do, and where to look. 🤗

Answer

Order ovulation strips(LH) to track when you’re ovulating.
Detox.. seriously detox & after yu do that stay away from meds. 
Start taking folic acid (you’ll need it) at least 2 months before (my opinion)
Stay away from YouTube.. that was me & my wife biggest problem. 
I wouldn’t suggest getting the specimen from a bank ( we felt like we’ve waisted $3000) 
Research like crazy you’ll learn more about your body & pay attention more.
