Sleep training question
So for those who have done some form of it with crying, did your baby just fuss cry or full out scream cry?
I tried to start sleep training the other night but had to stop because my baby was hysterical crying. It seemed to actually get worse the longer I left her. She was hyperventilating, big tears and screaming at the top of her lungs.
Is this how sleep training is supposed to go??
