When did the idea of SAHM being lazy begin?
“What do you do all day?”
Back in the day when all / most women were SAHMs, were they asked questions like this? Did anyone actually think these women were lazy?
Why do so many consider a SAHM to be lazy in this day?
I understand certain tasks are easier thanks to evolution in technology such as laundry. But it’s still a HARD job!!
My question is, were at home mothers ALWAYS considered lazy? Or is that a modern ideology?
