Water in crib?

Does anyone leave a cup of water in their littles cribs? My son recently transitioned off his bottles but I am finding he is thirsty at night now. He likes the 360 cups so I feel like that would be leak proof. Just seeing what others do!

I don’t leave anything only because nothing is leakproof with my son 😅 probably for the best anyways since that would be a hard habit to have once I start potty training him.

Yes I do, I’ve actually been doing it for a long time but haven’t really told too many people because I’m sure initial reactions for many people would be disapproving!
He has his own drink bottle with a flick up straw, we’ve had a couple of leaks early on when he didn’t flick the straw back down. But now he’s older it’s become a non issue.

My daughter has a contigo water bottle in her room. I don’t fill it all the way but it has prevented her from screaming for us when she just needs a little drink. It’s super dry where we live.

They tried to put one on the corner it worked a bit then he started to just knock it down.

I don’t leave anything my son is a mastermind and will find a way to dump It all in his bed lol but we don’t give drinks after 8pm working on potty training and this is how he stays dry
