Wanted to try SMEP this cycle, but we didn’t BD 1DPO like it suggest to. We BD two days in a row(one of those being day of ovulation) then EOD prior. I guess I’m just feeling like we messed up this cycle by not BD 1DPO. Some kind reassurance needed please ☺️
