Pelvic pain with bv?

I had an awful uti a week ago that took 3 different antibiotics to treat and they my body through a loop. I started to notice a fishy smell so I assumed BV and emailed my doctor ask what I could do without having to come into the office again if anything and I’m waiting for a reply but I started to notice pelvic pain as well today and I’m scared it’s another uti.
