Low Beta HCG levels

My beta hcg at 11dpo was 22 which I realize is low. I’m waiting for my results from 13dpo which was on Friday. My anxiety is an all time high right now waiting for the results. Have any of you experienced lower levels of hcg and went on to have a healthy pregnancy.
