I miscarried almost 5 years ago and have not been able to get pregnant since. I had a surgery in October 2020 to cauterize endometriosis that the doc was thinking was contributing to infertility and heavy periods. My fiancé and I are talking seriously about getting pregnant, I’m supposed to ovulate in 8 days. Besides ovulation tests what else can you all suggest for increasing chances of conception. I’m going to be working out, healthy eating, no drinking, taking vitamins, reduce stress and get good sleep. I have two kids and never had issues getting pregnant before. Any advice would be extremely helpful!!
