Ideas please
I had a miscarriage in April 2020 and another in November 2020 all pregnancies miscarried at 11 and 8weeks.. my period doesn't flow much anymore its just like drips little but with excruciating cramps and the doctors keep saying nothing is wrong my Last period was 4days late and this morning it came... I will be ttc for 2years in may I honestly don't know what to do anymore.... I wasn't even sad when my period came it seem am loosing hope...
