So I took my last pill of letrozole Friday! I took an opk that night postive I had been testing all week. And cramping ect, well Friday postive opk Sunday postive opk and today postive opk. I had my ultrasound this morning to see my ovaries. Multiple follicles. And free fluid, ( saw that a follicle had busted) my doctor thinks I might have ovulated already. He said fingers crossed that I get pregnant but If not I’ll be started some medicine that helps pcos patients ovulate ( since I had multiple follicles he’s diagnosis was pcos)
