Who really cares and who doesn’t.

A guy I was sleeping with told me to learn self love/care and self worth. To stop being so clingy and he is trying to teach me to not want to or depend on no one for anything. Who notices I don’t know self love/care. Who notices I put my kids and others before myself. Who wants me to be the best me for ME. Now I have my kids father that gets upset when I mention not depending on a man or anyone. Gets upset when I practice self care. Who can’t seem to notice I don’t love myself nor care. How I put my kid’s and everyone else before myself and find it okay. I mean who is showing the most concern or who cares more?
