Obviously this is ultimately our decision as a couple, but I could really use some input. I’m a stay at home mom.

His current job he makes around $80-100K a year, it varies. We own a house and have 2 kids in our state we’ve always lived in (FL, so his salary we are comfortable here) - close to our families and friends. He has a pension he will receive once he retires if he stays a few more years. Long shifts, usually 12-14’s, nights or days.

Other job would pay $120-210K a year, but require relocation (we do have family in other states but not as close). Same amount of hours and long shifts and similar work he does now, he would have to retire before he’s 56, and he would have to go to training in another state for a few months where pay will be horrible (I would have to work at home and take care of kids while he does this) and it will take years for him to be fully certified.
