Curious to know if anyone has had this problem and what worked for you?

We started our fertility journey in September of 2019. At the 11 month mark we both got checked and everything came back perfect for me. However my husbands semen morphology can back pretty low. The doctor said it was nothing that he was worried about and prescribed him some antioxidants. We ended up getting pregnant in November of 2020, that sadly ended in a loss. We are now at what it feels like square one especially when AF comes. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what helped you conceive?
