Small spot of blood in 6.5 month old babies diaper?

Should I be worried I seen this in my sons diaper it’s where his penis would be/where he would be in the front of the diaper. I could not find an area where he would be bleeding from or any bloody/irritated area.

If it is an isolated incident and the baby seems fine otherwise, just bring it up to your pediatrician next time.. but not a big deal. But if it’s accompanied by crying and screaming, or happens again, it’s worth calling. Could be an an anal fissure or lots of other things.
My baby had this on and off for two months.. turned out to be allergies, but she’s completely
fine now
