Cramps??

Very early (4 weeks 2 days) with horrific cramps and lower back pain. So scared it wont end well. Need positive stories!

I had horrific cramps that week when I was pregnant with my daughter, they didn’t last long but  I remember feeling like my insides were just rearranging themselves lol she is about to be 18 months this weekend :) hope all is well with you and it’s just baby burrowing in real good!

Oh yes! I had hellish cramps in early pregnancy. 
My OB suggested taking colace, and I was a little insulted, like, I think I know which cramps are from poops and which are from my uterus! 
But jokes on me because it was totally poop-related. 
So many hormone changes and possibly so much more iron intake (thanks prenatals) created a perfect storm in my GI. 
TL;dr maybe it’s not your uterus cramping! try a gentle stool softener, more fiber rich foods.
