A little embarrassed

So I delivered vaginally 4 weeks ago. I had 1st degree tear and needed some stitches plus I developed a hemorrhoid. I expected some pain and discomfort in that area.

Well now it’s 4 weeks later and some time I just have discomfort down there and I think I may have an UTI. I will be getting that checked. Just wondering if it’s common to develop one weeks after a vaginal delivery.....
