HELP? REALLY SCARED I MAY BE MISCARRYING OR SOMETHING

I am having extremely sharp pains in my left breast and upper chest, extreme back pain, and strong cramping on the left side only. I'm so scared I may be miscarrying or something else is wrong. Everything hurts and I am bawling my eyes out because of the pain and worry.

I just went threw that two weeks ago it was my gallbladder same issues I'm fifteen weeks pregnant I had emergency surgery

Have you called your dr or gone to urgent care? If you're in that much pain you should be checked but if you're not bleeding it could be a lot of things.
