We have Covid 🙃
Well... luckily we made the decision in advance to quarantine for a full 14 days after we came back from my grandfather’s memorial service last weekend (who died of Covid). I was LIVID to drive 15 hours and find out that almost none of my extended family utilized the 2+ weeks after his passing to quarantine. Nor did anyone but my own personal family choose to stay masked at all times, even gathering at my Gram’s house with just close family. Apparently, even after losing your dad/grandfather... that still isn’t enough to make believers out of anti-maskers.
I guess it is what it is now. My husband had a chesty cough that started a few days ago. I had him get tested and last night he lost his taste. He had a soda and said it tasted like la croix 😂 poor guy. His results came back positive and he’s quarantined in a different room. I started having a heaviness in my chest today and a deep, sporadic cough today so my son and I went and got tested as well. We should get results Wednesday and we are going to hope and pray our little Ellie Rose doesn’t get sick.
Anyways. Please wear a mask, thanks! 😷
Adding my favorite picture just because. This is my grandfather’s pure joy the moment he pronounced my husband and I man and wife 🤍 Wear your mask to protect our special, at risk loved ones please.
