I'm so confused please help

So I am currently 9dpo and this morning I got 2 positive pregnancy tests. I went and got bloodwork and my hgc level was 10.1 The on call doctor is telling me that means I am not pregnant but I'm so confused because I got 2 positive pregnancy tests this morning. Is it possible I'm still pregnant and just have low hgc levels because of how early on it is?
