Someone explain the nose and lip in this ultrasound please. Having the hardest time 😂

Haha no clue what I’m looking at 🙈 I had my anatomy scan and some pics were so confusing to me!! Like how can they tell what half of the stuff is they’re looking at?! 😅 They did get a good nose/mouth shot of my girl though!

Tilt your phone a little to the side and you can see the nose and the little nostrils, right when you see that you see the mouth as well
