TTC take 3

I have to get this off my chest.

My husband (40) and I (35) have been trying for our first child. We waited this long as we both are career driven and it wasn’t the right time to start a family then. We just bought house have our own space and ready to bring a bundle of joy into world.

Now that we are trying my cycles have been ‘irregular’ we can’t seem to came a week early in January, and late by 4 days this month. I’m confused going into this round cause I can’t seem to time this Out. And he can’t sex every night for two weeks with being busy with work.

Any tips on knowing when ovulation is without using the app?

I’m trying to be positive, I didn’t think it was going to be this difficult. Every time AF arrives I can’t help but to feel disappointed in myself.
