Diabetes ??

My 14 month seems to be always so thirsty ! And eats a ton! I’m so scared that he could be diabetic. Definitely calling the pediatrician tomorrow to get some tests done. Does anyone have any advice or their baby test positive? I’m feeling so sad and anxious right now. We be also noticed he seems to be a little lethargic at times during the day...

This sounds like a normal baby. Any other reasons you think this

It could be normal or it could be diabetes. Are they wetting diapers more than normal? There’s zero harm in testing your baby’s urine or blood to see if their glucose is high. Do you know someone with a blood glucose meter? Or can you purchase some urine dip sticks from the pharmacy? 
My middle child is type 1 diabetic, diagnosed at 23 months. The first signs were increased thirst and appetite combined with weight loss. Always trust your gut.
