Tampon advice
Should I move up in size if I have to change my tampon every 3 hours or is that okay? This is my first period ever wearing tampons (24). I’m just really scarred of TSS since my mom got it when she was in her teens. I just don’t want to put to high of an absorbency in and make the risk higher.
