I know this is a stupid question but .. I don't ovulate every month n I know maturbation is good for u but can it be bad when ttc? I maturbate at least once a day. Please no nasty comments as silly as this may sound I'm actually serious

This train of thought has its origins in the Victorian period. That women masturbating would be infertile, flat chested or just plain out of their mind insane.

The irony is that if a woman was "sad", happy, or "hysterical"(read anything from voicing an opinion to not having sex with her husband) a doctor would most likely diagnosed her with "hysteria" and say that her womb wandered away from where it was supposed to be. So the treatment for that was an orgasm, from the doctor.

So no, it won't do anything negative or positive for your TTC journey. Women are born with 1-2 million immature egg cells, however by the time puberty arrives there are ~ 250,000 left. But due to how the eggs mature into full fledged cells, and the number of periods a woman will typically see in her lifetime only 200-2000 of those eggs will ever be released. Unlike men, women have a set number of eggs. You can't make more once you're done, and there's not much you can do to harm that eggs supply either.

I don't think so!  As long as its not affecting your libido in a negative way and you still want to have sex when its time, to make a baby then keep doing what you're doing

I don't see how it would affect ovulation in any way. If men ejaculation too often, it can reduce sperm count per ejaculation but that's the only thing I've heard in relation to it
