Am I soon to be pregnant on the test?

If I have sex the night going into a day before my ovulation day with chance of 33% high of pregnancy, will I get pregnant especially if he ejaculated in me once? We only had sex once... does this lower my chances of conceiving... even though I had sex on my most fertile day?

My wife and I are trying to conceive using home insemination so, because we don’t have sperm on tap (so to speak) we’ve done lots of research into when to inseminate and the suggestions are to do so multiple times in the days leading up to ovulation day because sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days so it gives the food swimmers plenty of time to get into position.
