Mothers milk babies can poop a LOT LESS frequently than formula fed babies. Mine poops once per week, for the past 5 weeks (he’s 8.5 was old now). There seems to be a lot of discomfort closer to poop time, and I have used the gripe water (or gas drops) with some success of relief. Mothers milk babies should not have prune juice or other laxative effect products
