Left arm soreness

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been having left arm soreness around 7pm the past 2 nights. It goes from my muscle in my upper arm and was sore to my wrist. I am not sure if I'm over reacting or if I should message the Dr. I don't have my 1st appt for another 2 weeks. I do have a knot in my shoulder that comes and goes but this soreness is not associated with that as that pain is normally only in my shoulder/neck.
