Morning work outs
I was getting up at 4 to work out before my husband had to leave for work 3 times a week before I all of a sudden couldn’t peel myself out of bed. I am literally so exhausted I could stay in bed all day. But I am pretty sure working out will help get me moving and feeling better I just can’t seem to get up. Anyone else do morning workouts and battling exhaustion? How to do you make it work?
