Check the manual for limits on milestones (ours was once they could sit up, it was no longer ok to use, I know some say once they can roll) and weight, but just for height I think he’s fine as long as he’s not waking himself up or having sleep issues because of discomfort

Check the weight limit for it as ours looks similar and baby boy doesn't have long left in it from a weight perspective.

I kept my son In his until he rolled over. That was about 8 or 10 weeks.  He had to move into
His crib much sooner than I was planning
