Hey y’all! I am about to purchase pre-licensing courses to become a realtor 🥳￼ 
That being said.. does anyone have career/study advice, course recommendations, ETC? 
I’m in Kentucky!

Find a good and smaller brokerage. And seriously go and see multiple brokers to find a good fit for you. Someone willing to take you under their wing and teach you.

It’s well worth it & how much time and effort you put in it’s exactly what you get back 👏🏼 best of luck  after you pass your state test or even before interview brokers see what they offer & how much of your commission are they are taking ect

the area i sell in there’s a lot first time homebuyers and it’s important to give them correct information but dumb it down A LOT. trust me, some of them act like they know what you’re talking about but really they have no clue.
