What is the accuracy of 13 week gender ultrasound?

We are paying to have a 13week ultrasound, but the place doesn't guarantee it til 14weeks. I was wondering about the experiences and accuracy everyone had with it?

You should just wait until you at at least 16 weeks to get a better look

We found out ours is a boy at 13 weeks. Had another scan at 18 weeks. Yup, still a boy :-) Seems like it may be a gamble though.

I had an elective one done at close to 16 weeks and it was inconclusive. Now I have to wait for my anatomy scan. Better to wait, you will be sure.

I would honestly say just wait. I'm sure a lot of times they're accurate. But a lot not. I had one done at 13+4 and they said girl. At my 20 week they said 100% boy.
