Monday’s meal prep.

Omg don’t know how I did it but I meal prepped ALL day yesterday. Took my LO to the park to see the ducks at the pond in the morning then he knocked out as soon as we got home. I might’ve let him take a 2.25 hour nap 🙊 but I got it done (worked against the clock!). I make the veggies, sides, and salads on the day/ night of. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Just knowing I have dairy- free food options available at a minutes notice (LO has a dairy allergy). I’m still recovering mentally bc it wasn’t easy 😭😅 but it was so worth it. ☺️❤️
