Is there any particular reason I shouldn’t give baby 0-6m dummy?

Btw, he’s using 6-18m dummies but still have his 0-6m ones so just wonder if there’s any reason I shouldn’t or it’s only size guide

My son likes to play with it and can fit the whole 0-6 in his mouth now. I don’t want him to choke, so we moved up to 6-18

my son has 6-12 ones but he absolutely loves his 0-3.

I think it’s because the 0-6 are soft and teeth form or they can fold and put the whole thing in the mouth making it a choking hazard, my cousin choked on one he’s alive but she was driving and he shoved the whole thing in there at 11 months because it was the wrong size for him.

My daughter prefers the 0-3 Avent to the 3-12 or whatever the next size of that one is. The larger size is a bit more firm and she’s not a fan and can’t seem to really keep it in her mouth. So we still use the smaller one.

It has to do with teeth, just watch for holes or pieces breaking off. My second used one until 12 months that was 0-3 months and we never had an issue
