Brown mucus discharge

Hey everyone, so the past couple I’ve been having brown mucus discharge and this happened before finding out I was pregnant my last 2 times..I’ve had my Fallopian tube removed and I was told it wouldn’t be possible to get pregnant again. Am I freaking out for no reason or has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know. I’m in the military and they said it’s too soon to tell from a urine test. We are to deploy soon, so you can just guess how stressed I am about this.
