Hi everyone! Looking for some help, this is the first time I track bbt. I normally go by the positive opk. In general I normally ovulate on day 11/12 however noticed fertile cm on cd 6, which is unusual & I had a temp dip that morning and a gradual temp rise for the last few days. Dh and i bd on cd 5&6 and is expected back in town Thursday so can’t bd today or tomorrow. I took the opk & it’s been positive since yesterday which is why I’m confused. Had cramping and pulling yesterday so I’m unsure if I ovulated yesterday causing the increase in temp or if there’s still a chance I’m ovulating today or tomorrow. Any Insight? Chart is attached..
