Dinner time
What time do y’all usually feed your LO their last solid meal of the day?
And what time is their bed time?
My LO has been on solids for a little over a week now and I was hoping it would help him sleep better through the night but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t..
His bedtime is usually anywhere between 7-8
And I usually feed him dinner when we eat dinner around 5..
Any advice is welcome!😁
